I was a little unsure at first because I don’t like scents that are too strong, but this one ended up being really nice. It smells fresh and clean without feeling overpowering, which was a relief.

I got frustrated trying to get help. The website made it sound like one thing, but when I reached out, the answers I got were slow and didn’t really clear anything up. I had to follow up a few times before I felt like I got a real response. The service itself might be okay, but dealing with support made the whole experience way more confusing than it needed to be.

I ordered from ScentAir and the product did arrive in good shape, so no complaints there (always a relief when nothing shows up damaged).
The shipping was slower than I expected though. It took a few extra days, and the tracking barely updated in between, which was kind of annoying (I kept checking it like that would help).

Once it got here, everything was packed fine and the product itself was okay. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in any kind of rush.

We tried ScentAir in our small shop, the coverage ended up being disappointing. I was already a little skeptical that one machine would really fill the whole space, and after using it, it kind of confirmed what I suspected.

The scent was definitely noticeable if you were standing near the unit, but once you got toward the back of the shop, it almost disappeared. We moved it a few different times thinking maybe placement was the issue, but we still had areas that smelled nice and other spots where you could barely tell it was on.

Customer support was fine, nothing bad there, but I do think the coverage expectations should be explained more clearly before you buy. It’s not a terrible product, and maybe it works better in a different layout, but for our space it just didn’t feel worth it.

When it’s actually running the way it’s supposed to, the scent is really nice. But wow, this thing needs more attention than I expected. Between swapping cartridges and checking on it all the time, it’s not exactly the “set it and forget it” dream I had in mind. Not awful, just a little more high-maintenance than I signed up for.

Umm, I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was super simple. Didn’t run into any issues at all, it was a smooth experience.

I don’t have much patience for confusing bills or random extra fees, so I was relieved that everything was clear and matched exactly what they told me upfront.

To be fair, I’ve ordered a few times now and every delivery has arrived right on time. I really appreciate not having to wonder when my order is going to show up.

I needed to change my plan for a bit and thought it might be a hassle... but it wasn’t at all. Took just a minute, no stress, no back-and-forth. Really appreciated how simple it was.

It works well and does what I needed it to do. The price still feels a bit on the higher side, but overall I’d say it’s "fair enough" for what you get

Setting it up took longer than I expected, and I was a little frustrated. That said, it wasn’t actually difficult, just more time-consuming than it should’ve been. Once I got through it, everything worked fine, so I’m kind of annoyed but also not that upset about it.

I’ve been using mine pretty much every day for a few months now, and overall it’s been working well. No leaks or major problems so far, which is a big plus. It’s not perfect, and there are a couple little things I wish felt a bit more polished, but for regular use it’s held up better than I expected. Happy with it overall.

I do like the smell, it’s pleasant, and doesn’t come off fake or overpowering. I just thought it would be a bit stronger, honestly. Some days, I barely notice it unless I’m standing close to the unit. It’s not bad, I just wish the scent carried through the room a little more.

The machine itself works totally fine, no real complaints there, and I do like the scents, they’re nice and make the room feel fresh. But then every time I need to buy refills I’m like, wait, why are these so expensive? It just feels like too much for how quickly they run out, and it kind of takes the fun out of using it. I want to keep enjoying it, but paying that much over and over is annoying.

We started using scentair in our little retail shop, and people actually comment on how good it smells now! It’s not overpowering at all, just gives the space a cleaner, more put-together feel. I didn’t expect a scent to make much of a difference, but it really does change the vibe a bit. Setup was easy, and support was helpful when we had a quick question :)

I had to cancel my ScentAir service since we’re making some changes at our shop, i was expecting it to be a whole hassle.
But it was actually smooth. I reached out to support, they walked me through what they needed, and they didn’t pressure me to stay, which I appreciated. There was a little back and forth, but nothing frustrating. If you’re worried about canceling being difficult, I’d say it’s straightforward

So far, the device itself has been great. It runs quietly and makes my room smell really nice. I did feel a little dismissed when I had a question about it, which was frustrating, but as far as how it works, I’m happy with it.

It smelled really nice when I first used it, but the scent faded from the room way too fast. For what it costs, I kinda expected it to stick around longer. A little disappointed, not gonna lie
